About Caroline Hopkins
Caroline is one of the UK’s most experienced presentation experts and has been helping executives give successful presentations for the past 14 years.
She started her career in public relations, when she had to regularly present and speak to groups – and each time she lived through the same awkward and awful experience. She began to really hate being asked to speak.
After one particularly stressful presentation, she realised that her inability to engage her audience with confidence was holding her back and causing her a lot of sleepless nights.
“People who met me thought I was very outgoing and confident. They could hardly recognise the red-faced wreck I became when I had to speak in front of people. I either over-prepared and bored the pants off my audience because I had packed in so much detail – or I tried to speak off-the-cuff and be natural, which usually meant I became overwhelmed by adrenaline because I hadn’t prepared enough. It was lose-lose.”
“There are 3 key things that I learned, which I share with my clients when I help them to master the skills they need to be a great presenter. You need to understand how to do this – because for most of us it isn’t a natural skill; you need to prepare the right way – not too much but enough to be confident you know your stuff; and you need to find opportunities to speak to audiences as often as you can.
Today Caroline Hopkins is confirmed as one of the UK’s leading speakers. In 2020 she won the Professional Speaking Association NW Speaker Factor competition. She helps others to learn how they can master their skills through 1-1 coaching, group sessions and keynote talks, based on her 3-step method of presentation mastery.

However, it was fun, informative, lots of useful tips, techniques and by the time we had all presented we had taken on board and were demonstrating what we had learnt. Anyone needing to present should attend this course. The fears have been erased!”
